Position Summary:

Candidate should have Charles River experience(CRD)

The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive business plans and strategies to ensure the success of the organization. They will analyze the internal and external environment, identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. They will also lead and conduct research and analysis of market conditions, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans and objectives.
• Analyze and interpret data and market trends.
• Identify opportunities and assess their potential for success.
• Develop financial models for cost-benefit analysis.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate current and potential programs and services.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
• Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 8 - 13 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, market analysis, and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, and other relevant software.
