Senior AI Product Manager; on-site

We're looking for an AI Product Manager who can identify business processes that can be improved with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This person will work closely with customers, designers, and engineering teams to define AI-powered workflows, prioritize product features, and ensure the solutions deliver measurable business value. The role combines product strategy, customer discovery, workflow design, and a solid understanding of LLMs and AI capabilities—without requiring hands-on software development

Long term project, FTE. 5 days on site.

• Translate business processes into AI-powered agentic experiences.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI solutions.
• Manage product requirements, backlog, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with customers, designers, and engineering teams to identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain user trust, transparency, and appropriate human control over AI-driven experiences,
• Prioritize AI-powered workflow use cases based on customer and business needs.

• 8-12 years of experience.
• Product Management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Workflow automation and business process design.
• Strong understanding of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their capabilities and limitations.
• Customer discovery and requirements gathering.
• Product backlog management and prioritization.
• Anlytics and KPI-driven decision making.
• Experimentation (A/B testing, product validation, performance measurement.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-powered workflow orchestration.
