Product Manager

Responsibilities

• The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with SHI's vision and business goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conducting market research and gathering product requirements.
• Leading beta programs, monitoring product performance, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Staying informed of industry trends and providing training and demonstrations for product capabilities.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, business product ownership, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or technology-enabled change.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (25%).
• Strong understanding of product management principles including intake governance, discovery frameworks, and value-driven prioritization.
• Ability to independently gather, structure, and translate complex business requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria into execution‑ready demand packages.
• Proficiency in utilizing Atlassian tools such as Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
• Experience conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to inform product discovery, business cases, and transformation strategy.
