The Regional Operations Manager is a full‑time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing business advisory and brokerage operations within an assigned region. The Regional Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, streamline processes, and support the implementation of the firm’s proven marketing approach.
Day‑to‑day activities involve reviewing deal pipelines, resolving operational issues, supporting regional business development efforts, and collaborating with leadership to detect and respond to emerging market trends. This position also entails fostering strong relationships with local professional partners and chambers of commerce to enhance regional visibility and client acquisition.
- Operational management and process improvement skills, including experience overseeing regional or multi‑site business functions.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities to handle multiple client engagements and priorities.
- Business analysis and financial acumen, with familiarity in valuations, deal structures, or related advisory services.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality.
- Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective remote teamwork.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, brokerage, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, using digital tools and CRM or database systems to manage operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
