Overview

Vice President responsible for overall development and administration of programs in the Mid‑Atlantic Region (New Jersey, Delaware, and Philadelphia). Includes provision of participant services, personnel management, & budget management, with focus on quality improvement and mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel within the Mid‑Atlantic States and Region.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff.
  • Experience in community‑based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re‑entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems; knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
  • Reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and a valid driver’s license required.
  • Bi‑Lingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
  • Travel required; position based in the Mid‑Atlantic Region (New Jersey, Delaware, and Philadelphia).
