NRM Analyst

Role Overview

The NRM (RGM) Analyst will play a critical role in Haleon’s Net Revenue Management (NRM) organization by driving net sales growth and other key business performance metrics. They provide Revenue Management insights that lead to fact‑based recommendations for Customer Strategy, field sales and Marketing teams in areas such as Promotional optimization, Trade and Mix management. The Analyst serves as the point of contact for revenue management activities to field sales teams.

• Support the development of promotional design guidelines and provide pre‑promotional ROI insights to drive investment decisions.
• Conduct promotional event‑level ROI analysis by account and/or brand and present findings to Customer Strategy and Sales leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate product mix relative to sales and profitability; provide mix insights for internal business planning.
• Support ongoing management and maintenance of the Active Mix Management Tool and the Customer Segmentation Tool.
• Identify opportunities to optimize deployment of trade funds based on post‑promotion analysis and support trade funding models with Revenue Management, Sales Finance, Customer Strategy and Customer teams.
• Contribute to analysis and reporting of trade investment and net sales reporting.
• Support the development of US promotional, mix and trade optimization tools and reporting in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable learning new systems and supporting technical processes.

• Experience with Net Revenue Management, Revenue Growth Management or trade investment processes.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen), ERP systems, or pricing tools.
• Experience with statistical modeling, elasticity, or demand forecasting.
• Exposure to pricing, promotion, or assortment analytics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Position is based in Warren, NJ. The hybrid model requires an in‑office presence of 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $105,372 – 144,887 USD + bonus.
