Key Responsibilities
- Own Pricing strategy, taking input from Brand Portfolio & Channel strategy: translating overall strategic direction into a multi‑year NRM pricing roadmap.
- Build a pricing post‑audit process to understand how pricing actions perform, including elasticity forecast and tracking of unit and revenue moves across categories, channels and customers.
- Define and enforce clear strategic guardrails and execution standards, working with Brand Marketing, Sales, CS&P and Finance to embed pricing and execution standards across customers and categories and ensuring consistent execution.
- Partner with Category GMs, Brand Marketing and R&D to embed NRM strategy and analytics into the innovation process.
- Build a process to track and report competitive pricing moves across Haleon’s categories.
- Embed pricing strategy into commercial planning cycles and digital tooling: assess KPI performance, diagnose risks and opportunities, incorporate guidance and corrective actions into annual planning and commercial processes.
- Serve as key thought partner to Sales and Brand teams during JBP & Brand planning cycles to ensure NRM is a key input.
- Support the NRM digital and capability team to build relevant digital tooling based on best practices and user requirements.
- Vision & Strategy Leadership: set an agenda, anticipate external dynamics and translate them into a differentiated Haleon roadmap.
- Commercial Execution: develop and ope rationalise pricing strategies, create guardrails, decision frameworks and playbooks for Sales, CS&P and Brand teams.
- Data‑driven decision making grounded in category and consumer insights, financial impact and customer realities.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in CPG commercial functions.
- Previous NRM experience preferred, including strategy design and execution linked to BU financial outcomes.
- Experience with critical consumer and shopper analytics such as perceived value studies, conjoint analysis and Circana.
- Hands‑on expertise with the US retail landscape, large‑format customers, omnichannel commerce and shopper dynamics.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and align cross‑functional partners in a highly matrixed organization.
- Position based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid model requiring 3 days in‑office per week.
Warren, NJ – hybrid. Salary range $143,620 – $ annually plus bonus.
