We are looking for an Associate Director – Field Strategy & Engagement Excellence to partner with Brand and Sales leadership to create vision and strategy for field analytics and AI‑driven field effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Brand and Sales leadership to develop the vision and strategy for Field Strategy and engagement/analytics in alignment with leadership priorities and business stakeholder requirements.
  • Drive field effectiveness through clear execution guidance for Sales Representatives, informed HCP engagement, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Enable data‑driven decision making by generating insights and providing strategic guidance to optimize business operations in Field Engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for in‑depth field analytics based on ongoing trend assessments.
  • Develop standard cross‑brand metrics/KPIs and work with Commercial to enhance the value of information in business performance and execution reports.
  • Partner with Brand, Sales, S & O leads, CASA, other Field teams, Commercial IT, and other internal/external matrix teams to deliver integrated solutions to emerging field‑force related issues and questions.
  • Enable seamless development, execution, and evaluation of ad‑hoc requests.
  • Support fact‑based decision making for KBQs for in‑line and new launches in BMS.
  • Implement best‑practice adoption using AI within stated responsibilities, applying appropriate technical capability to address business questions.
  • Execute market/business analysis to improve value to the business through deepened market understanding and practical application.
  • Provide input/feedback to improve and enhance analytics deliverables, including evaluation of AI tools and platforms to disseminate information to the field.
  • Partner with Analytic and Data‑strategy teams in CASA to identify, evaluate current and future Brand needs supporting decision making.
  • Support a culture of analytics and fact‑based decision making through utilization of standard methodologies and approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities, meeting agreed‑upon analytics deliverables and timing.
  • Develop seamless, collaborative, cross‑functional approaches to problem solving and holistic cross‑customer analysis.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience.
  • Demonstrated therapeutic experience in Cardiovascular/Neuroscience.
  • Experience performing analytics to determine the relationship between execution and Brand Performance.
  • Strong experience with structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience of secondary healthcare data (e.g., EMR, Claims, Sales).
  • Experience operating successfully in a complex/matrix organizational environment.
  • Experience interacting with senior management, anticipating and fulfilling their analytical information requirements.
  • Ability to apply AI‑enabled tools, analytics, and automation to enhance productivity, decision‑making, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to draw inferences from disparate data sources, identify key findings, link to implications, and provide recommendations in a business‑friendly format.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross‑functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures.
  • Hands‑on experience with data manipulation and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, SAS.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
Compensation

US locations: $167,540 – $203,013 annually. Additional incentive cash and equity may be available.
