Project Manager, Operations Management

Indus Translation Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of language service projects from intake through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with clients and linguists, and ensures projects are delivered accurately and on time.

• Manage the full lifecycle of any incoming projects
• Review incoming requests and confirm scope, timelines, and requirements
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Perform basic QA checks to ensure accuracy and formatting compliance
• Communicate status updates and delivery confirmations to clients
• Maintain organized project records in internal systems

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience (language services preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience

• Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
