Business Systems & Technology Analysis, Change Management
Our client an FMCG business, currently going through a significant period of transformation. This ten-month, senior fixed-term role is at the heart of that program.
The position leads the order-to-cash and trade promotion management workstream of an SAP-to-Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation across the United States and Canada. In a consumer goods business, trade spend is one of the largest lines on the P&L, and this role owns the full picture: end-to-end O2C design (customer master, pricing, order management, billing, AR, credit and cash application), the integration between the TPM solution and Dynamics 365, and the deduction and claims process from receipt through to resolution.
The mandate also covers trade accruals and the gross-to-net bridge, ensuring the business has clean, accurate visibility of net revenue and promotional effectiveness through cutover and beyond. The role sits within the wider transformation program, reporting to the Finance Lead for ERP Transformation, and works closely with commercial finance, the North America Controller and external implementation consultants.
The right candidate will bring at least seven years of hands-on O2C and TPM experience, ideally from an FMCG or CPG environment, with deep working knowledge of trade spend, deductions, accruals and the gross-to-net bridge. Proven involvement in an ERP implementation, including TPM integration, is essential. Experience leading a team and managing external delivery partners is expected. Dynamics 365 familiarity, an accounting qualification and private equity exposure are all advantages.
The role is hybrid with three days a week in the office and carries a base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 with a performance bonus.
