As an Experienced Business Analyst – Metrics & Reporting at Gainwell, you will contribute your skills to harness technology to improve the health and well‑being of our clients’ members. You will collaborate with business, technical teams and vendors to develop solutions and resolve issues.
Your Responsibilities- Ability to work with the client, Gainwell business teams, Gainwell technical teams, and other vendors at all levels to identify and develop both business and technical solutions and resolve issues
- Analyze CoreMMIS reports to resolve discrepancies/errors
- Ability to develop requirements, business designs, and business processes for required system changes
- Develop and/or coordinate the creation of ad hoc reports to monitor, support, and analyze all Provider Enrollment processes
- Participate in internal and external committees and work groups as requested by the Provider Enrollment Supervisor and Provider Relations Manager
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data workflows supporting reporting solutions
- Project a positive, professional attitude and a high degree of self‑confidence in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing client‑facing environment
- Effectively manage time and work independently while contributing to a strong team environment
- 9+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Familiarity with private health insurance and Medicaid is required; a learning curve is much greater without any knowledge
- Experience creating and presenting concise executive reporting, translating complex data and analysis into actionable insights for leadership decision‑making
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to write client documentation and participate in client‑facing meetings
- Advanced PC skills (SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
- Fully remote options from continental U.S. locations only
- Video cameras required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
The pay range for this position is $86,800.00–$ per year; base pay may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, and the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. All salaried, full‑time candidates are eligible for a generous benefits package, including comprehensive health benefits, a 401(a) match, flexible vacation, educational assistance, and development academies.
