Associate Director, GMVC Hyperautomation, Value & Implementation – Medical Operations, Process

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Microsoft Power App product portfolio for Value & Implementation (V&I) Operations
• Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps by synthesizing input from V&I stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, value case development, design, build, testing, release, and change management
• Serve as the voice of the stakeholder, partnering with engineering teams
• Govern and manage the Global Medical and Value Capabilities (GMVC) hyperautomation product portfolio
• Develop clear product requirements (epics, user stories, design specifications) within an agile framework
• Own backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution
• Drive adoption and stakeholder satisfaction by delivering impactful products

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or technology
• five years of relevant work experience
• Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem
• Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
• Experience creating configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment
• Strong commercial Life Sciences business acumen for compliant and value-adding V&I solutions
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders across geographies and functions
• Experience as a member in cross-functional, global initiatives in a complex matrix
• Excellent interpersonal communication (written/oral) and presentation skills
• Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking
