* * Position Overview
** The Manager Supply Chain Systems and Analytics leads data-driven decision-making across the health system’s supply chain operations. This role designs, builds and runs the reporting tools and dashboards that support both clinical and non-clinical supply chain performance. The Manager Supply Chain Systems and Analytics also acts as a key partner to executive, clinical and operational teams by translating complex data into clear, practical insights that lower costs, support patient care and ensure reliable supply delivery.
Additionally, this role guides the daily work of the analytics team, improves data tracking tools and uses trend data to prevent shortages and control health system spending.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, data analytics, healthcare administration or related field. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience:
Four years of progressively responsible, directly related experience in analytics, supply chain or healthcare operations when accompanied by a Bachelor’s degree. Eight years of progressively responsible, directly related experience in analytics, supply chain or healthcare operations when accompanied by a high school diploma or equivalent. Other Credentials:
Knowledge and
Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, including clinical products, hospital workflows and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) structures. High level of proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Lawson, Workday, Oracle) and healthcare supply chain management systems. Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), databases and advanced Excel applications. Strong financial skills with a focus on tracking operational spend, identifying cost-saving options and managing data models.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights for non-technical teams. Special Training:
