Client Services Manager | Cape May Court House, NJ

: $45,000-$53,000/ year

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager for our Cape May County BAYADA at Cape Regional office in Cape May Court House, NJ. In this role, you will help ensure clients receive the care they need with compassion, excellence, and reliability while supporting field staff, strengthening client relationships, and helping the office grow.

About the role

The Client Services Manager is the heartbeat of the office. You will coordinate care for clients, match the right field staff to the right clients, manage schedules, respond to service needs, and partner closely with clinical and office leaders to deliver a seamless experience for clients and families.

This is a full-time, exempt, in-office role based in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

As a Client Services Manager, you will:

  • Provide superior customer service and support high-quality home care services
  • Supervise field staff in partnership with Clinical Managers, including coaching, performance feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of client services, including emergent staffing needs and call-out coverage
  • Build and manage a caseload proactively to support continuity of care and office growth
  • Follow up on client and employee assignments to ensure satisfaction and reliable service delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, families, physicians, case managers, referral sources, payors, and community partners
  • Answer and resolve questions related to service, scheduling, billing, and ongoing coordination needs
  • Document and follow up on incidents, complaints, and service-related issues appropriately
  • Monitor caseload performance metrics such as unfilled hours, overtime, payroll, billing, and gross margin
  • Support onboarding, annual education, compliance, and training for field staff
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, job fairs, local events, and other talent and retention activities as needed
  • Partner with the office team to grow referrals, strengthen relationships, and ensure a high-performing, collaborative culture

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

  • A demonstrated commitment to client service and relationship-building
  • Prior supervisory experience, including managing people and business functions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Competence with computers and the ability to learn scheduling, documentation, payroll, and reporting systems
  • A demonstrated track record of goal achievement and taking on increased responsibility
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Preferred:

  • Prior health care, home care, recruiting, or medical office experience
  • Experience with staffing, service coordination, payroll, or referral management
  • Knowledge of the local Cape May County community and service area
