Vous aurez en charge la gestion d'un portefeuille clients en collaboration avec un commercial itinérant.
Vos Missions- Gestion administrative :saisie et suivi des devis, des commandes et des bons de livraisons.
- Gestion commerciale : développement et fidélisation du portefeuille client, relance téléphonique.
- Gestion de la relation client et SAV: conseil, litiges, réclamation et suivi des livraisons
Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par le commerce, les relations humaines et l'envie d'apprendre.
Motivation, autonomie, polyvalence, esprit d'équipe sont des traits de caractère recherché.
La connaissance du milieu du bois est un plus mais pas une obligation, une formation initiale est prévue dans le parcours d'intégration.
Poste en CDI à plein temps (38h) en présentiel du lundi au vendredi.
Tickets restaurant, mutuelle et participation.
Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
