Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive to lead strategic relationships in the accommodation and food services sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for key clients, overseeing the delivery of food service and integrated facilities solutions that align with contract requirements and Sodexo's quality of life mission. You will manage performance, financials, and KPIs while partnering closely with operations, culinary, and facilities teams to ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences.
You will identify growth opportunities, lead business reviews, and support renewals and expansions. Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for key client accounts in accommodation and food services
- Oversee delivery of food service and facilities management solutions to meet contract requirements
- Monitor service quality, financial performance, and KPIs; develop improvement plans
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and grow revenue within accounts
- Develop account plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with client goals
- Lead business reviews, reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional support (culinary, facilities, finance, HR) for client needs
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and scope changes
- Support Sodexo culture of diversity, inclusion, and community engagement
