Field Engineer Civil Infrastructure & Impact

• Properly track quantities on a daily basis and reconcile them each month for payment purposes.
• Support the Quality personnel and the project.
• Manage and review all foremen's reports daily to ensure accurate recording before any income, cost, or inventory entry.
• Document all Time and Material operations on a capture sheet and reconcile with the client daily.
• Produce and manage project submittals, shop drawings, and material certifications so all are submitted and approved prior to the start of work.
• Assist the buyout process, write requisitions, and communicate required information to the Project Team.
• Produce complete purchase orders after conditions are approved by the Project Manager.
• Know key operational details of the subcontract and hold subcontractors accountable to their agreement. Attend subcontractor coordination meetings to provide updates to schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish excellent working and professional relationships with clients, their representatives, and/or field inspectors.
• Actively participate in the development of Four‑Week Look‑Ahead schedules with Superintendents, using basic logic to incorporate resources, submittals, approvals, lead times, restraints, and milestones.
• Participate in relevant daily huddles to ensure projects are expeditiously and profitably constructed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Heavy Civil Construction experience is required.
• Experience with structures or site civil excavation is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills.
• Solid time‑management system and excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, P6, HCSS, and ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of estimating, engineering, cost‑tracking systems, and site surveying is a plus.
