West Trenton, NJ (Onsite) | $110k–130k Base + Bonus
We're partnering with a leading insurance company seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager to lead construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across multiple corporate office locations. You'll manage projects from planning through completion, overseeing budgets, vendors, timelines, and day-to-day facilities operations while ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
What we're looking for:
- 7–10+ years' experience in facilities, construction, or project management within a corporate environment.
- Experience managing renovations, vendors, budgets, and capital projects.
- Knowledge of MEP systems; LEED, CCM, or PMP certifications are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
