Construction Superintendent

Dobco is a leading New Jersey general contractor with 35+ years of experience building schools, courthouses, municipal buildings, higher education facilities, military projects, and other large scale public works.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on projects ranging from $30M to $250M
.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day field operations and overall jobsite activities
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
• Review plans and resolve field issues with the project team
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and owners
• Oversee quality control, inspections, punch list, and project closeout

Qualifications

• Construction experience, with strong Superintendent experience
• Experience running at a minimum $20M commercial, institutional, or public works projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor managementi>
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification preferred
