Certificated Staff
Description- Assist in running audition calls ensuring slots are met on time and that auditionees are moved through the process with information and direction
- Attend rehearsals, assist in taking blocking (or ensuring that a student assigned to the task completes it), taking props and designer notes, making schedule adjustments as needed
- Work alongside Stage Manager to assist in communicating rehearsal notes to the production team through rehearsal reports
- Attend all tech rehearsals – assist in setting the stage for rehearsal, ensuring the backstage area is conducive to rehearsal safety, ensuring all working props are available and placed properly
- Assist in managing backstage and dressing rooms for all tech rehearsal and performances:
Call times and places, Call front‑of‑house opening, Call start of show - 2nd in charge to take directives from Stage Manager to direct all backstage needs during tech rehearsal and performances via headset, designated personnel, and staff support
- Assist in strike activities
- Assist in strike of booth and backstage of all show materials and gear post‑run
