Round One Entertainment Inc. in Edison, NJ is hiring a Customer Service Associate for the Amusement Department. You will engage guests to determine their needs and provide friendly service in a fun, busy environment.
Duties include maintaining arcade game inventory, keeping games and counters clean, answering general inquiries, and assisting with special projects. A High School diploma and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail are required; availability from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily is preferred.
