This is an in-office position — no remote or hybrid arrangement — so you'll need to already be local or plan to relocate before your start date.

• Develop and maintain a network of carrier partners who are responsive and reliable when you need them
• Negotiate freight rates based on market data and shipment history
• Spot potential issues early and loop in the right people across departments before they become bigger problems
• Monitor shipments in transit and provide customers with accurate, real-time updates

• Direct, competitive, and genuinely motivated to sharpen your skills
• Skilled at building relationships that go beyond a single transaction
• Self-starting, but happiest contributing to a team win
• Level-headed under pressure when a load falls through, you move straight to solving it
• Comfortable staying organized amid a lot of moving pieces

• At least 2 years of experience in third-party logistics
• Hands-on trucking experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• Full professional fluency in English
