Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager/estimator for decorative concrete company
- The applicant is expected to bring projects in on schedule and on budget and to close new deals based on the leads provided.
- You will work closely with the potential customer, the construction foreman and the owner of the company.
- In order to do this a good applicant should be able to read plans, do takeoffs, submit proposals, prepare contracts, prepare job schedules, order materials, and manage multiple commercial and residental projects at the same time.
- We expect applicants to be self-sufficient, organized, accountable and able to communicate well.
- You will coordinate the work from the start of construction to punch-list and job completion.
- Position available immediately
- Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- Pay is based on skill level. Benefits available.
