Overview

We need career‑minded, fearless Flight Instructors to join our elite team! The high‑flying role guides our customers through the art of flight instructor training and relocation.

The Instructor Training Program lasts approximately 4 to 5 months with extensive hands‑on training designed to equip you for success as an instructor  will receive financial support for relocation expenses. During the training period, iFLY guarantees a minimum hourly rate of $20, subject to training completion.

• Deliver flight operations and training sessions to customers.
• Provide continuous training and feedback to stay updated on the latest training tools and overall customer experience.
• Engage in post‑flight follow‑up, return visits, or media packages as required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, which are our busiest times.
• Interest or background in coaching, teaching, and facilitating activity‑based or entertainment‑oriented roles.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through training and learning.
