Hybrid - 3 days on site at Edison office, 2 days at home Duration: 6 Months
Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions
Apply adult learning strategies and theory
Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools
Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.
Required ExperienceDemonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners
Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms
Ability to work autonomouslyPreferred Skills
Ability to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectives
Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning
Strong to great listener and collaborative problem-solver
