MCAT Prep Instructor, Hybrid - Rutgers University

Join Kaplan’s growing community of test‑prep experts as a part‑time, hybrid LSAT/MCAT instructor. In this role you will help students enhance their logical reasoning and critical thinking skills while enjoying a flexible schedule that balances in‑person teaching with remote preparation.

• Deliver engaging, data‑driven LSAT and MCAT lessons to students in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Support students’ academic development outside of class to strengthen problem‑solving skills.
• Use data analytics to identify and close opportunity gaps for underrepresented learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues remotely through training, lesson preparation, and continuous coaching.

• Minimum 8‑month commitment to the role.
• Commit at least 10 hours per week.
• Score within the 90th percentile of the LSAT.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable.
