Instructional /Training Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver high-quality instructional materials and training programs. This role requires a keen understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners
• Proficiency with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools, and LMS platforms
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong analytical skills to conduct needs analyses and identify performance gaps
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Ability to absorb complex information and convert it into clear objectives
• Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning
• Strong listening skills and collaborative problem-solving abilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions
• Apply adult learning strategies and theory
• Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences
