Successful candidates will be located in Edison, New Jersey. We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Crew Supervisor. This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress.

• Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy Technicians
• Act as local, on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors; encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
• Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions
• Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements
• Provide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise

• Over 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
• BPI Certification is a plus

$32 – $35 per hour.

This is a safety‑sensitive position and may include field work such as work in industrial or commercial locations and customer homes, warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report.

Individuals must maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees and certifications (e.g., JD/technology). Currency type:
Hourly.
