Job Description

Optimize queries and perform performance tuning for database.

• Develop strategies, design, implement custom code, scripts, database technologies and data science applications.
• Use advanced Excel functions to generate spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Coordinate with concerned department to establish business needs and understand data for developing real‑time analytical models.
• Consolidate the data and develop ETL solutions using R and Python and process data to provide strategies.
• Extract and compile data using data mining tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Maintain, monitor, and support the infrastructure environment and/or facilities.
• Follow defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems.
• Monitor system‑operating capacity in terms of disk space, storage, and CPU utilization.
• Recommend settings changes to the operating system to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, recommend, document, and support tools and back‑end utilities to provide capacity planning management.
• Monitor database performance and recommend changes.

The minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
