Xoriant Corporation in Edison, NJ is seeking applications for the following position:

Job Title: Sr. SAP Fieldglass Engineer

Location: Xoriant Corporation, Suite #720, 343 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837

• Responsible for the implementation and support of SAP Fieldglass (Vendor Management System) including Statement of Work, Contingent Worker, and Profile Worker modules.
• Perform configuration and customization of the SAP Fieldglass platform.
• Review integration requirements, identify appropriate API connectors, and prepare technical specifications to support integration of SAP Fieldglass with internal customer systems.
• Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative technical solutions, streamline operational processes, and expand operations capabilities by introducing new tools and technologies.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards.
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements that streamline the operational workflow.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and other team members to document business/functional requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
• Design two-way system integrations using out-of-box API connectors available in SaaS platforms and TIBCO middleware.

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience as Assistant Consultant, Software Consultant or related using SAP Fieldglass, SAP Contract Lifecycle Management, MS SQL.
• Availability to travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

The base pay range for this role is between $ and $ annually, and your base pay will depend on your qualifications, experience and location.
