Qualified candidates should have a MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2–3 years experience in related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Should have excellent communication skills. Must be willing to travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the United States.
Duties- Oversee design and development of internet‑accessible database for traffic engineering applications.
- Meet with potential users and customers to determine requirements.
- Transfer requirements into technical specifications.
- Supervise development and testing of software.
- Market products and services.
- Have experience with database/protocol & Internet Applications.
- Bachelor Degree/Equivalency in engineering, business or related field.
- 2 years of experience in job duties.
