• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for electrical power, lighting, medium-voltage distribution, and related electrical construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, develop detailed labor and material cost estimates, and obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Review bid documents, evaluate subcontractor scopes, and assist with contract modifications and change order pricing.
• Participate in project turnover, kickoff meetings, and ongoing collaboration with project management teams to support successful project execution.

• 10+ years of experience estimating commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with electrical power and lighting systems, including projects involving substations, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, or data centers.
• Experience with hard-bid contracts, conceptual estimating, and managing multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience using Con Est estimating software.
