- Permanent position for an Electromechanical Test Technician to apply technical expertise to resolve simple and complex problems.
- Provide technical support to customers through setting up and safely operating electromechanical equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation with customers over the phone and through e-mail.
- Work closely with engineering to resolve product issues.
- Maintain excellent customer communication and follow up throughout the troubleshooting process.
- Provide detailed documentation of reported product issues and resolutions.
- Coordinate RMAs with the customer service.
- Repair returned units.
- AAS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of Salesforce.
- Strong experience in electromechanical troubleshooting and testing.
- Ability to read/modify engineering drawings.
- Must be able to problem solve.
- Experience in a customer facing role as role will support customers directly via phone and/or email.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
