We are hiring a Senior Remediation Project Manager that will lead complex, multimillion projects or programs for our Industrial and Government clients. The Project Manager assembles the project team, and manages the project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure Weston’s commitments and financial goals are met. The Project Manager engages stakeholders to build trust and aligns stakeholder expectations and relationships. Stakeholders are both internal and external, including client groups, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.

The Project Manager leads PM development discussions at the local level, participates in the broader PM community across Weston nationally and is often a subject matter expert (SME) in a particular area.

New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Maryland

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or geology or environmental related degree from an accredited university.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in the field of remedial consulting including soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, and vapor intrusion and preferred investigation, design and remediation/construction, environmental compliance management including waste management, permitting, monitoring, data management, and reporting.
• Ten (10) or more years of project management experience on remedial consulting and preferred environmental/health/safety compliance management projects.
• Knowledge of state and Federal regulations and ability to interface with regulatory agencies.
• A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, Professional Geologist (P.G.), LSRP, or other like registration is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, negotiate and lead regulatory and closure strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams with projects of advanced technical scope and complexity.
• Promotes an environment where Weston team members establish relationships and build trust with their clients and stakeholder counterparts.
• Ability to excel at managing scope, schedule, and budget.

• A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, Professional Geologist (P.G.), LSRP, or other like registration is preferred.
• Experience with complex remedial projects.
• Knowledge and experience with PA Act 2 is a must: experience with Delaware’s and Maryland’s Brownfield and Voluntary Cleanup Programs is preferred

• Manages projects that are large and complex in scope with multiple subcontractors and internal team members.
