Topgolf invites you to join our team as a Golf Service Associate. In this role you will provide exceptional guest service, maintain a clean and inviting venue, and support our players during their visit.

• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations.
• Provide detailed information about venue, gameplay, current promotions, and equipment.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including the retail area.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and compliant guest services area.

• Positive attitude and one‑team mentality.
• Customer‑focused mindset, obsessing over making players experience the best.
• Ability to remain calm in a popular environment.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, walking, and standing for most of the shift.
• Can‑do attitude and endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume environment.

• Hourly wage:
  Min $15.92 – Max $19.25 (may include tips for certain positions).
