Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $17.50/hr

Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working in a fun environment? We’re looking to hire Customer Service Associates for the following positions:

• Arcade
• Bowling & Event
• Kitchen & Bartender
• Cleaning
• Arcade/Bowling Mechanics

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred. Staff who serve alcohol must be at least 21+. High School Diploma or GED required.

• Assist guests at the counter and game/bowling floor.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seek constant improvement and find efficient ways in department work processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

• High School diploma.
• (Preferred) One to two years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environments.

• Work in a bowling center/arcade environment with high noise, dust, and activity levels.

• Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have high mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extended periods during busy times.
• Required to lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• 1 hour of time play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
• 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
• 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
• 50% discount on food items per working shift.
• 1 free beverage per working shift.
