Tax​/Senior​/Supv​/Manager

Our client is a multi-family office. They seek Tax staff to join their Edison, NJ office.

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and related entities
• Coordinate quarterly estimated tax payments and annual tax projections
• Support tax planning initiatives related to investments, real estate holdings, private equity, operating businesses, and philanthropic entities
• Analyze tax implications of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financing activities
• Manage information gathering and serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors and service providers
• Review K-1s, investment statements, and partnership allocations for accuracy and completion
• Monitor multi-state tax exposure and ensure compliance with applicable filing requirements
• Research tax law changes and assess the impact on the family’s structure and investment strategy
• Maintain organized tax work papers and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
• Assist with special projects, entity structuring, and ongoing process improvements within the family office

• 2-15 years of relevant experience
• Mix of partnership and HNW tax experience
• Public, private, or combo experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail‑oriented and highly analytical
• CPA preferred
