Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

We6rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) / Collections Specialist to support our finance and billing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely collections, resolving payment issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. Experience in AR or collections within a corporate environment is a strong plus.

The position is full-time at our office in Edison, New Jersey.

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications
• Support month-end and financial reporting as needed

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit management
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and solution-oriented approach
• Solid understanding of invoicing, billing, and collections processes
• Experience with Cargowise
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
