Position Overview

As a Financial Solutions Advisor in PNC’s Wealth Management at Oak Tree, Edison, NJ, you will partner with clients to develop investment and insurance strategies. Key responsibilities include:

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Grow and retain a book of business, acquiring new relationships through branch development and outbound calling.
• Own the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals to internal partners.
• Present sound financial recommendations, implement strategies, and monitor plans, recommending changes as needed.
• Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to drive investment education and business results.
• Lead branch actions to achieve investment targets, setting a sense of urgency and communicating progress to partners.
• Meet service‑level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Required:

• Associate’s degree or higher, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• FINRA Series7 and
  66 (or Series
  63/65) licenses, with Life and Health Insurance authorization.
