No banking experience required. We are looking for candidates with strong customer‑service experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Our team will provide the training needed to build a successful career with C1st.

This position is based in Pella but also provides services at our Knoxville location. Frequent travel is required.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will provide exceptional member service and build strong client connections. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:

• Engaging prospective home buyers and guiding them through the mortgage process with empathy and expertise.
• Assessing financial needs, crafting tailored loan solutions, and ensuring a seamless application experience.
• Collaborating with the team and leveraging innovative tools to streamline the loan process.
• Maintaining open communication with underwriters and processors to ensure timely approvals.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Attending networking events and community outreach programs to strengthen connections.
