- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial reporting across the organization.

- Oversee job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and revenue recognition processes.
- Collaborate with project managers and operational leaders to monitor project financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
- Participate in project review and operational meetings to provide financial insights and support decision-making
