Building Subcode with Construction Official License – Ocean Township, Waretown.Full-time
Minimum Requirements:
HHS License and a valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing;
Dual licensure in multiple fields is a plus;
Knowledge of the Uniform Construction Code;
Exceptional customer service communication skills and computer proficiency are required. Must understand FEMA flood rules. Construction Official, Supervises the daily operations and oversees staff in the Construction Department. This office reviews and issues permits and reviews violations. The Construction Official must maintain knowledge of the NJ Uniform Construction Code and all related laws.
$85,000 - $110,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience.
