Hackensack Meridian Health - - - Responsibilities:
Provide patient care based on age-appropriate criteria and safety;
Obtain clinical data (vital signs, blood pressure, temperature, O2 saturation) and document findings; notify RN of abnormalities;
Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and collect specimens as directed;
Perform EKG and ensure equipment readiness and safety;
Assist with transport and daily activities (bathing, feeding, dressing) and prepare patient rooms
