Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Service Areas: Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties

Company: Grace Healthcare Services

Starting Rate: $20 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem

• Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support
• Meal Preparation: Nutritious, simple meals tailored to individual needs
• Home Safety & Comfort: Keeping the patient s space clean, safe, and supportive
• Accurate Documentation: Recording care activity using Cell Trak
• Team Partnership: Communicating patient condition updates to RN Case Managers

• Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned counties

• Starting wage of $20/hour
