Respiratory Support Associate

Atlantic Health is currently seeking Per Diem Respiratory Support Associates to work at the following locations:
Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center, Atlantic Health Newton Medical Center, and Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center.

• Clean respiratory equipment
• Set up respiratory equipment
• Conduct pre-use checks on respiratory equipment
• Maintain par levels of respiratory supplies
• Replenish air and oxygen tanks as needed
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations
• Deliver equipment and supplies to Respiratory Therapists when needed
• Pick up discontinued equipment and bring to soiled utility for cleaning
• Carry out delegated patient care activities appropriate for a facilitator and communicate with other members of the healthcare team
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy Program
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
