According to 24 Hour Home Care NJ, we are immediately hiring a Russian-speaking Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for private-pay placement in Ocean County, New Jersey. Pay:
Live-in pay

- Language: Russian fluency required
· English helpful for family liaison - Cert: Active NJ CHHA license required
- Start: Immediate (1-2 weeks)
This is a private-pay placement. We serve families directly and pay caregivers W-2. The role is built around a single household with consistent hours and a stable schedule. Sofia Elmer, our Registered Nurse, conducts the interview personally and matches caregivers to households based on language, schedule, and personality fit.
What we look for- Active NJ CHHA license (CNA + 60-hour NJ home health module accepted)
- Russian fluency required
· English helpful for family liaison - Comfortable with dementia, post-stroke, post-surgical, or hospice-bridge cases
- Strong communication with family members and Sofia (the Registered Nurse)
- Reliable transportation to Ocean County
- 2+ years of in-home senior care experience preferred

Where you can live to apply (anywhere in New Jersey)This is a live-in position – the caregiver stays at the client’s home in Ocean County during the work week. Your personal residence does not have to be in Ocean County; you can live anywhere in New Jersey and commute to the client’s home only on changeover day.

Caregivers from Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Paterson, New Brunswick, Trenton, Philadelphia-side Camden, and any other NJ city are welcome – your residence does not affect eligibility, only the willingness to live at the client’s home Mon-Fri (or longer rotations) does.
