Responsibilities- Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred
- Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole
- Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities
- Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (Central Reach) and provider-specific sites
- Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors
- Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate
- BCBA certification
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic
