Job SummaryThe BCBA will provide behavioral consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in New Jersey. Flexible hours. In-home, community, and program-based settings.
Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):- Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
- Train staff and families on behavior plans
- Supervise RBTs or behavior staff
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain timely documentation
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ LBA or APC (preferred)
- Experience with IDD population
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel
- Flexible schedule
- Competitive hourly pay
