We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice Company for our Morris County, NJ region.

• Care for a census of 5-6 patients
• Provide or assist in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assist with light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse.
• Looking for full-time and tuck-ins

• In NJ, a certified homemaker‑home health aide must have completed a training program approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing and be certified by the Board in accordance with NJSA 45:11-23 et seq and NJAC 13:37.
• Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training, including at least 16 hours of supervised practical training and 16 hours of classroom instruction.
• One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide. (Hospice preferred)
• At least 18 years old.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Starting at $20.00 an hour.
