- BCBA Great Opportunities - Behavior Therapy Associates is seeking BCBAs in Bergen County, Morris County, and Ocean County, New Jersey to provide contract behavior consultation for 3, 4, or 5 full days per week in various school districts in person. There are several positions available, including supporting students with autism and other developmental delays in self-contained classrooms, as well as opportunities to support students in less restrictive settings, and in the general education setting depending on the position.
The successful candidate must have an active BCBA certification, experience providing consultation and professional development in-person within schools, completing FBAs and Behavior Plans; experience preferred with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, & AFLS, providing staff training, modeling strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and using Excel Spreadsheets are all important for this role. The BCBA should have experience participating in IEP meetings, be flexible to work with colleagues as part of a team, promote programming in the least restrictive environment, be extremely responsible, and have strong report writing skills.
